So, my 2 year old left her raggedy pair of TOMS at her Gigi’s house last weekend. The shoes used to belong to our 5 year old, so needless to say, they were a little worn out.
Gigi had a fix.
She cut kitty cat fabric out of some old material (she used the cat material to make a nap mat for the girls which is seriously cute.) So, she cut out the fabric, used gorilla glue to stick it on and make it slightly water proof (?) and then stitched around the edges.
Now my kid won’t be wearing shoes with her little toes sticking out. (I tried to throw them out once and got caught. It’s really hard to get rid of glittery pink shoes in a house full of girls.) My mom is so creative and is always making fun crafts for my girls. What do you think??
